Privacy Statement

Dystonia Europe (the Organisation), as manager of the domain, is committed to maintaining a high level of privacy protection for its users.  Our Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and protect the information you provide to us and to help you make informed decisions when using our service.

In this Agreement, "the Site" refers to the Organization's website, which can be accessed at https://physioexercise.org.

"The Service" means the Organization's services accessed through the Website, where registered physical therapists can view exercises and create exercise programs for their patients, which will be made available to the patient via an automatically randomized personal code.

Johanna Blom is the project owner and is responsible for the exercises and content of the platform, but each physiotherapist who uses the exercises in treatment or for home training programmes is responsible, on the basis of his/her licence and professional analysis, for ensuring that the right selection of exercises is made and communicated to the patient. Each physiotherapist applying for registration takes responsibility for ensuring that sufficient knowledge of cervical dystonia is available to test an appropriate and personalised home exercise programme.

The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the organisation.

"You" refers to you as a user of our website or service.

By accessing our website or our service, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
